Job description
Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager for the team in the Netherlands. You will be part of a collaborative and dynamic international team and collaborate in contributing the creation of the local marketing strategy in the Netherlands.
Tasks;
- develop and tailor the local marketing strategy (in NL);
- increase brand awareness in the local market, targeting new customers;
- enhance the company's profile in media and social media platforms;
- create and implement successful marketing strategies and activation plans;
- adapt the customer engagement strategy to drive satisfaction and enable upselling campaigns through digital channels, including email campaigns;
- develop and manage the event calendar to engage key stakeholders and customers;
- create and update all marketing materials and media assets specific to the Netherlands;
- localize and translate relevant marketing assets, including websites, customer hubs, and welcome packs;
- generate marketing reports to track performance of digital channels and email campaigns
Job requirements
We are looking for someone with;
- minimum of 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager in a B2B company, preferably in real estate or similar sector;
- excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, experience with graphic and video editing software is a plus;
- strong background in digital marketing strategies.
- experience using CMS and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce;
- experience with marketing automation and email marketing platforms is preferred;
- demonstrated passion for teamwork, creativity, and a willingness to learn;
- experience in stakeholder management.
Remuneration
Salary depends on knowledge and experience, between 75-80K per year, plus bonus.
