Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager for their Asset management team in the Netherlands. You will be part of a collaborative and dynamic team managing a top-tier property portfolio and helping to strengthen our client's market-leading position in real estate.

Reporting to the Country Director and working closely with the central marketing team, you will collaborate in driving property marketing and contribute to the creation of the local marketing strategy in the Netherlands. Your role will be instrumental in helping the country team achieve their commercial KPIs. You will collaborate with the central marketing team to manage our client marketing outputs effectively.

What you'll do

  • Develop and tailor the local marketing strategy to support the achievement of commercial KPIs.
  • Increase brand awareness in the local market, targeting commercial real estate players, including brokers and customers.
  • Enhance the company's profile in local media and social media platforms, under the supervision of the Head of Marketing.
  • Create and implement successful marketing strategies and activation plans to drive occupancy across the property portfolio in collaboration with asset managers.
  • Adapt the customer engagement strategy to drive satisfaction and enable upselling campaigns through digital channels, including email campaigns using Salesforce Pardot.
  • Customize broker engagement strategies to increase occupancy through the broker channel, including managing email campaigns.
  • Develop and manage the event calendar to engage key stakeholders, including brokers and customers.
  • Drive Salesforce integration into daily operations.
  • Create and update all marketing materials and media assets specific to the Netherlands.
  • Localize and translate relevant marketing assets, including websites, customer hubs, and welcome packs.
  • Generate marketing reports to track performance of digital channels and email campaigns.


What you'll bring

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager in a B2B company, preferably in real estate or asset management.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Independent and proactive with a hands-on approach.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with graphic and video editing software is a plus.
  • Strong background in digital marketing strategies.
  • High level of tech literacy, with experience using CMS and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Experience with marketing automation and email marketing platforms is preferred.
  • Demonstrated passion for teamwork, creativity, and a willingness to learn.
  • Experience in stakeholder management.
