Our client is a fast-growing company, located in several European countries.
Functieomschrijving
In this role you will be responsible for handling system administration, workplace and user management and providing onsite support.
Key responsibilities;
- provide first and second-line onsite IT support to end users (both functional and technical issues)
- support employee onboarding and offboarding;
- collaborate with external IT vendors;
- follow up on open support tickets;
- set up and troubleshoot meeting rooms and audiovisual equipment to ensure smooth meeting experiences;
- maintain accurate records of support tickets in the ITSM tool;
- take a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential IT issues;
- prioritizing tasks (based on urgency and business impact);
- collaborate with the IT team in several IT projects.
Functie-eisen
We are looking for someone with;
- minimum of 3 years of experience providing first and second-line onsite IT support;
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
- strong technical skills across Microsoft 365, Windows OS, Microsoft Azure, Apple iPhones;
- excellent command of English (written and spoken);
- strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to support users at all levels;
- excellent organizational and administrative skills;
- ability to work independently and manage priorities;
- strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
Salary around 55-60K per year, excl. secondary benefits (bonus, full pension contribution, travel allowance). The position is fully office-based (five days per week).
