The ideal candidate is comfortable operating at both the functional and technical levels, from analysing current processes and defining requirements to designing, implementing and testing solutions.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Business and process analysis: Analyse existing HR and payroll processes, identify inefficiencies and translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
  • Workflow design and automation: Design, build and implement automated workflows to reduce manual activities, improve efficiency and minimise errors.
  • HR systems and processes: Improve the use of SAP SuccessFactors and ensure that HR processes, systems and workflows are aligned with business requirements.
  • Payroll processes: Analyse and optimise payroll-related workflows, including data collection, validation, transformation and the exchange of information between systems.
  • Data transformation and management: Structure, transform, validate and reconcile data from different sources, ensuring data quality, consistency and reliability.
  • Technology implementation: Translate functional requirements into technical solutions, either by configuring existing tools, building automations or working with IT and external specialists.
  • AI and productivity tools: Identify opportunities to use Microsoft Copilot and other relevant automation tools to streamline processes and reduce repetitive work.
  • Testing and implementation: Test new workflows and solutions, resolve issues, document processes and support users during implementation.
  • Continuous improvement: Establish a structured approach to process improvement, identify further automation opportunities and measure the impact of implemented solutions.
  • Stakeholder management: Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT and other business stakeholders to ensure that solutions address real operational needs.
