Job description

As the Project Manager & Business Analytics you are repsonsible for the timely implementation and delivery of assigned project and/or processes including analysing business cases, project planning, coördination with internal/external stakeholders, reporting and handover to the business. You are also responsible for building and maintaining excellent relationships with mainly internal organisations and supporting the Country organization.

Your principal responsibilities are:

  • Accountable for the delivery of the assigned projects and/or taking corrective actions when results materially deviate from expectations;
  • Undertake necessary business initiatives and work out decisions needed to achive assigned objectives to catch opportunities, to minimize risk exposure, to improve the qulaity of the team organisation;
  • Ensure high quality execution of one-time projects and/or process changes within the business-as-usual organisation to esnure smooth processing and reporting;
  • Support to set-up financial business cases with analysis of data, research of information internal and external;
  • Set-up project organisation inclusing governance, reporting and necessary templates;
  • Work with all departments (Commercial, MS, Finance and Operations) to get support, define priorities, coordinate activities and to get relevant information for business management;
  • Monitoring project schedules, budgets, analyse and log information;
  • Creat insightful dashboards and reporting tools for the country teams to expand and optimise their KPI's;
  • Establish regularly policies, procedures and training material, support yearly review of regulations and secure up-to-date material.

Job requirements

  • Ideally a Master's degree in economics;
  • At least two to five years' experience in project management in an international environment;
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong CRM knowledge;
  • Ability to lead and coordinate projects with internal (up to senior management level) and external stakeholders;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to details;
  • Strong communication skills, especially within a multicultural global organisation;
  • Organisational skills and the ability to prioritize workload;
  • Previous experience in operations or finance organisations would be a plus;
  • Good presentation skills in PowerPoint;
  • Excellent Dutch and English language skills (verbal and written).

Remuneration

  • A dynamic position in a mutlicultural and global organisation;
  • The annual gross salary is up to 80.000,- euros;
  • Additional there is 10% bonus plan;
  • On top of secundairy benefits likes paid holidays and holiday allowance (8%) there is a good pension scheme with 75% paid by the employer;
  • Training and education budget depending on demand and needs.
