IT Delivery/Projectmanager

Responsibilities;

• Manage and execute projects based on input and requirements provided by the Business Analyst, ensuring clear documentation of scope, decisions, and outcomes
• Lead and support change management and IT implementation initiatives
• Ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems and proper documentation of changes
• Translate business needs into actionable project plans and coordinate delivery across stakeholders, maintaining structured and up-to-date project documentation
• Drive and implement innovation projects, including AI-related initiatives, while ensuring knowledge capture and documentation of solutions
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring successful outcomes and well-documented processes and results

The right candidate will have and/or be;

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc, BBA, or equivalent) with IT/technical affinity
• Proven experience in project and change management and IT implementation initiatives
• Strong project management skills, with experience translating business requirements (via Business Analysts) into structured project execution
• Ability to design and coordinate end-to-end project delivery across multiple stakeholders (scope definition, decision tracking and outcome documentation)
• Experience with driving system and process adoption, ensuring smooth implementation and user acceptance
• Affinity with innovation and emerging technologies, including AI-related initiatives and digital transformation projects
• Ability to monitor project progress, manage dependencies and ensure delivery against timelines and quality standards
• Strong analytical, organizational and stakeholder management skills
