What are you going to do?

You are in contact with end-users, mechanics and customers to analyse complex customer service tickets of our electric charging stations. Your day-to-day work will include:

  • Telephone technical support to customers, end users and mechanics;
  • Analyzing complex customer service tickets escalated by local technical support team;
  • Initial review and follow up on tickets escalated to Level 3;
  • Tracking products with an active quality issue (NCP);
  • Processing back office integration requests;
  • Rolling out field testst for the purpose of firmware releases;
  • Supporting Improvement Engineers in their daily tasksk;
  • Translating incidents into problems;
  • Making improvement proposals of products and processes;
  • Discussing operational kpi with customers;
  • Administrative recording of calls and orders.

What are we looking for?

For a good match, we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist with a proactive and service-oriented attitude. You are decisive, analytical and quality oriented.

Furthermore, we would like to see in your CV that you:

  • Have completed Bachelor or Master with an affinity for technology;
  • Have demonstrable experience in a similar position where service (in addition to delivering quality) is of paramount importance;
  • VOP NEN 3140;
  • Proficiency in English language, both verbally and in writing.
