Functieomschrijving

In this position, you will manage technical implementation projects and post-implementation activities for a fraud detection solution (especially for clients in the financial sector).

Responsibilities

  • develop detailed implementation plans with business and technical requirements, specifications, scope, resources, timelines, and deliverables;
  • coordinate with internal teams, such as sales, product development, and DevOps, to ensure a seamless implementation process;
  • communicate with customers to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly;
  • align internal and external resources to deliver solutions in line with the implementation plan;
  • build strong customer relationships, particularly with key stakeholders;
  • manage customer expectations and provide regular updates;
  • identify risks early and proactively develop mitigation strategies;
  • provide training and workshops to support customers during the implementation;
  • monitor project milestones to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery, making adjustments;
  • coordinate technical requests and resolve any issues;
  • oversee the post-implementation environment to ensure the solution functions as intended;
  • gather and analyze feedback to continuously improve the implementation process;
  • document best practices and lessons learned to refine future implementations;
  • share insights with product development to identify customer needs and potential enhancements;
  • develop supporting materials, such as user guides and FAQs;

Functie-eisen

We are looking for someone with;

  • proven experience in successfully implementing enterprise software projects in customer-facing roles;
  • strong technical background and hands-on experience with digital technologies;
  • proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and JIRA Service Management;
  • familiarity with software development processes, solution design, and system integration principles;
  • experience deploying solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP);
  • ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Salary between 85-95K per year, excl. bonus. You will work in an international, dynamic office environment in A'dam, hybrid.
