Senior GCP Data Engineer

• You’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of financial inclusion by leveraging data to build innovative solutions;
• Work cross-functionally with various teams to define essential metrics, design data strategies, and generate impactful insights that will enhance their products and services;
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust data models, automation systems, and reporting frameworks to provide real-time insights into key performance indicators;
• Continuously evaluate and explore opportunities to enhance products and processes through the power of data insights;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and provide data-driven solutions that support informed decision-making;
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in data engineering, GCP, and cloud orchestration tools, applying them to continuously improve our data infrastructure.

• A minimum of 2 years experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially with emphasize on design and scaling data solutions;
• Preferred experience with services such as; BigQuery, Pubsub, Dataflow, GCP orchestration tools
• Experience with dbt;
• Proficiency in SQL, with hands-on experience using data visualization tools such as Looker Studio or similar platforms to present insights clearly and effectively;
• Confident knowledge of Python, including libraries like pandas and numpy for data manipulation and analysis;
• Strong analytical mindset, with a focus on delivering simple, impactful, and actionable insights;
• Excellent communication skills, enabling you to explain complex data topics in clear, concise language to a diverse group of stakeholders;
• A self-driven, autonomous approach to problem-solving, with a creative flair and strong teamwork capabilities.

Salary range EUR 6000 - 8500 + bonus + 8% holiday allowance
