Sales Lead Europe

As Sales Lead Europe, you’ll play a key role in driving TreasurUp’s growth across the continent. You’ll lead the charge in building strategic relationships with banks, turning opportunities into long-term partnerships, and expanding our presence in European markets.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospecting & Outreach
    Identify and engage potential banking clients. Connect with key stakeholders through impactful and personalized pitches.
  • Relationship Management
    Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through regular meetings, innovation sharing, and consistent engagement.
  • Pipeline Development & Conversion
    Guide prospects from initial interest through to signed partnerships, navigating complex decision-making processes.
  • Workshops & Discovery
    Facilitate workshops to explore commercial fit, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements with each bank.
  • RFI/RFP Ownership
    Manage RFI and RFP processes end-to-end, aligning responses with both business goals and client needs.
  • Sales Leadership
    Contribute to building and refining the sales approach, with the potential to grow into a team leadership role.
  • Marketing & Thought Leadership
    Attend industry events and contribute to TreasurUp’s visibility through content for social media and other channels.

Expected Impact (First 12–15 Months)

  • Sign at least one new banking contract
  • Generate defined annual recurring revenue starting in year two
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline for ongoing growth

What You Bring

  • A master’s degree or equivalent experience, showing strong analytical and conceptual thinking
  • In-depth knowledge of Transaction Banking, Financial Markets, or Commercial/Corporate Bankin
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise software or SaaS sales to financial institutions
  • A well-established network within the banking and financial services industry
  • A proven ability to translate client objectives into actionable sales strategies
  • A problem-solving mindset and a passion for helping clients succeed
