IT Operations Manager (team 2p)

In this role you will be responsible for;

• managing the IT operations and partner with outsourced providers to ensure reliable, high-quality services;
• safeguard SOX compliance and support internal and external audits with confidence;
• deliver hands-on IT support;
• lead and coördinate IT implementations and changes;
• strengthen information security in close collaboration with the ISO and DPO;
• coach and mentor the Compliance Specialist to foster growth and alignment with company goals;
• turn business needs into a smooth, user-friendly IT experience that empowers all employees.

The right candidate will have and/or be;

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc, BBA, or equivalent) with IT/technical affinity;
• minimum of 5 years of relevant IT experience;
• experience with project-, service, suppliermanagement;
• excellent command of spoken and written English;
• highly motivated, user-focused, and accountable team player;
• excellent interpersonal, diplomatic, written, and oral communication skills;
• ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization;
• strong problem-solving skills;
• knowledge of IT risk management, cybersecurity best practices, and incident response;
