IT Administrator (IWMS)

Your main tasks will be:

• lead and support implementation, configuration, and long-term management of the platform;
• collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders;
• coordinate with external implementation partners on system deployment, data migration, testing, training, etc.;
• manage user roles, permissions, system access and data governance;
• liaise with the software vendor regarding updates, issue resolution, and system improvements;
• internal system administrator tasks for Planon platform;
• ensuring documentation and stakeholder communication;
• integrate the platform with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP), ensuring data consistency;
• troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous optimization;
• identify business process gaps and propose solutions in collaboration with users and vendors.

We are looking for someone with;

• 5+ years of experience as a system administrator or application specialist for enterprise platforms;
• min. 3 years experience with an IWMS (Planon, Infor, Tririga);
• bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
• familiarity with real estate operations and terminology is a strong advantage
• fluent in English (written and spoken);
• strong interpersonal and collaborative skills;
• able to work independently and cross-functionally;
• flexible and organized, capable of managing multiple shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
