InTwo is a fast growing organisation. Because of their expansion in The Dutch and European market we are looking to recruit a Dynamics 365 Project Lead - SCM for them.
Job description
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain and will be instrumental in evangelizing, designing and delivering an end-to-end solution that will optimize and streamline end customer supply chain processes. Additionally, the Project Lead will support project management activities, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM, and will contribute towards planning, executing, and delivering projects within quality, time and budget parameters, in collaboration with the PMO. The role will also be involved in mentoring and supporting junior/mid functional consultants in the team in the near future since the team will be growing.
What do we expect:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM projects, from planning to go-live and post-implementation support;
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations;
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with client expectations and business needs;
- Help identify risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success;
- Work with sales team and presales colleagues for pitch and demo preparation, project estimation and scope of work preparation;
- Manage client engagement and lead client workshops to define business requirements required for them to successfully implement the ERP solution. Ensure these requirements are captured in Business Scenario Documents / Functional Requirements Documents / User Stories;
- Manage change requests and scope variations effectively and ensure the overall profitability of the project meets the profitability target set by the organization;
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution;
- Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional project teams to understand the challenges and lead teams towards the resolution;
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction through proactive measures and strive to resolve all customer concerns in a timely and as equitable manner as possible;
- Establish and nurture productive relationships with internal and client teams while delivering exceptional client service.
What are we looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering/information technology/computer science or master's degree in business administration;
- At least eight years of experience in the IT industry with at least five years of experience managing D365 F&SCM implementation projects;
- Proven experience in end-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation to post-go-live support;
- Kknowledge of D365/AX SCM modules and functional capabilities;
- Excellent presentation, communication, leadership, and client development skills to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups or board of directors;
- Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project implementation methodologies;
- Hands-on experience in Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools;
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
- Strong communication skills and must be proficient in English language for both oral as well as written communication. Some Dutch language skills and willingness to learn fluently is mandatory as well;
- Willingness to travel for presales or project activity in Europe or other countries occassionaly.
