Your impact
- You are Group Product Data Lead, responsible for the quality, consistency, and usability of product data across the Jumbo Group.
- You own and continuously improve our Product Information Management (PIM) landscape and support Digital Asset Management (DAM).
- You ensure that data, content, and processes work together, rather than against each other.
- You turn data into insights, and insights into actionable improvements.
In short: you help the organization make better decisions, faster, while creating better experiences for customer.
What you will bring?
1. Be the bridge
- Act as the central link between business teams, Customer-facing channels, and digital tools.
- Translate business and Customer needs into clear data structures, rules, and solutions.
- Work with solution providers and internal teams to ensure systems truly support how people work.
2. Own product data quality
- Take end-to-end responsibility for product data quality and related processes.
- Identify issues early, challenge the status quo, and propose concrete improvements.
- Establish and maintain standards, governance, and best practices for data usage and sharing.
3. Drive insight and improvement
- Monitor data performance and quality through dashboards and reports.
- Proactively share insights with stakeholders to improve content, efficiency, and relevance.
- Spot patterns and bottlenecks—and solve them with a pragmatic, analytical approach.
4. Enable the organization
- Act as product owner for PIM and DAM as we continue rolling it out and optimising it across the group.
- Train and support colleagues in the daily use of PIM, DAM, and related tools.
- Evaluate new technologies, upgrades, and integrations that improve scalability and performance.

What you bring experience & education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Digital, E-commerce, Data or Content Management.
- Strong understanding of data management principles (collection, quality, analysis, distribution).
- Experience with PIM, DAM, CMS tools (Akeneo, Cloudinary, Productsup are a plus).
- Professional fluency in English (French or Spanish is a plus).

Employment conditions
The Group Product Data Lead position is a full-time role (40 hours per week), offering significant autonomy and responsibility, with the following employment conditions:
- Salary range up to € 4,620 per month;
- 8% Holiday allowance;
- 25 vacation days and flexible working hours;
- Pension scheme;
- Room for entrepreneurship, personal development, and career growth;
- VISA sponsorship possible
- Remote working (3 days in the office / 2 days from home).
- 2 weeks working fully remote per year.
- Travel to Barcelona once in a while.
