IT Projectmanager (internal)

Responsibilities;

• Manage and execute projects based on input and requirements provided by the Business Analyst, ensuring clear documentation of scope, decisions, and outcomes
• Lead and coordinate change and release management for IT initiatives, ensuring changes impacting systems or end users are performed in a controlled manner.
• Prioritise changes across multiple systems and stakeholders, by identifying and addressing impact, operational readiness and support implications early on.
• Ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems from planning and decision tracking through implementation, release and handover.
• Translate business needs into actionable project plans and coordinate delivery across different teams, maintaining structured and up-to-date project documentation
• Drive and implement innovation projects, including AI-related initiatives, while ensuring knowledge capture and documentation of solutions
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of governance frameworks and architecture standards, translating them into practical delivery guidance
• Ensure and promote adoption of ITIL-based service management practices within the business and the IT team, embedding them in daily operations and delivery processes
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring successful outcomes and well-documented processes and results

The right candidate will have and/or be;

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc, BBA, or equivalent) with IT/technical affinity
• Proven experience in project and change management and IT implementation initiatives
• Strong project management skills, with experience translating business requirements (via Business Analysts) into structured project execution
• Ability to design and coordinate end-to-end project delivery across multiple stakeholders (scope definition, decision tracking and outcome documentation)
• Solid understanding of governance frameworks, architecture standards, ITIL-based service management and risk aware delivery practices.
• Experience with driving system and process adoption, ensuring smooth implementation and user acceptance
• Affinity with innovation and emerging technologies, including AI-related initiatives and digital transformation projects
• Ability to monitor project progress, manage dependencies and ensure delivery against timelines and quality standards
• Strong analytical, organizational and stakeholder management skills
