Database Administrator (My)SQL, MongoDB)

As a Database Administrator, you will join the infrastructure team and be responsible to design, maintain, and optimize a database environment, including SQL, Hyperscaler, MongoDB, and MariaDB. This includes implementing reliable backup, performance through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting, and enforcing robust security measures.

Responsibilities;

• Install, configure, and maintain database environments;
• Provide technical support and act as a point of contact for internal teams;
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation;
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support critical infrastructure;
• Continuously identify and implement performance improvements.

We are looking for someone with;

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
• min. 3 years experience in database administration
• Microsoft Azure DB Associate or equivalent certification
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and scripting
• Familiarity with ITIL and ISO 27000
• Strong in SQL, MySQL, Hyperscaler, experience with MongoDB and MariaDB is a plus
• Experience with monitoring tools and Kubernetes.
