Job description
- Actively managing and growing relationships with existing customers
- Processing incoming orders and handling customer complaints
- Preparing and following up on quotations in collaboration with the account manager
- Ensuring accurate administration of all sales activities (order entry, credit notes, etc.)
- Managing accounts receivable
- Acting as a crucial link between customers, account management, purchasing, marketing and logistics
- Monitoring market developments and using insights to optimize sales and support purchasing decisions
- Taking initiative to improve and expand the product assortment
Job requirements
- Bachelor-level work and thinking ability
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Excellent command of English; additional languages such as German, French or Italian are an advantage
- Highly organized, proactive and customer-focused
