Functieomschrijving
In this role you will be responsible for;
- manage, coach, and develop engineering talent to foster growth and performance;
- improve processes and collaboration across discovery and delivery phases;
- safeguard technical excellence by promoting best practices (e.g., CI/CD, DORA metrics, clean code, automated testing);
- ensure sound architectural decisions that balance stability with innovation;
- collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to transform opportunities and challenges into effective solutions.
Functie-eisen
We are looking for someone with;
- bachelor’s or master’s level of thinking and working;
- 5–8 years of experience in a technical leadership role;
- strong knowledge of software engineering, IT systems, and process automation;
- experience with lean methodologies, process improvement, and quality management;
- proven experience in technical environments;
- fluent in English, both spoken and written; Dutch is a plus.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
The company offers;
- market-competitive salary based on your knowledge and experience (100-120K per year);
- a 13th month salary;
- 25 vacation days (based on 40 hours);
- travel allowance.
