Revenue Specialist

Our client Dufry is an international organisation based in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. If you are a traveller you may know them from their duty-free and duty-paid departures and arrivals stores on one of the 420 (airport) locations. They have operations in 66 countries. Geographic diversification is a key element of the company’s strategy. Eindhoven is the location where their Financial Shared Services Center is located. This location processes all of the financial data (which is collected from all locations in the world). At Dufry there is an informal working culture and a dynamic workplace with people from all around the world.

In this role you are be responsible for correctly invoicing clients and ensure the income of Dufry. You will work on the collection and maintenance of all charge accounts. Your department works with a calculation tool. On the other hand, you will work on credit collection and account management. You will work with clients and solve problems they may have with the payments. With your knowledge and the data collected from the tool you will report the monthly income.
Some examples of the tasks are:

• Run calculations
• Credit collection
• Communicate with clients and vendors
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of data for calculations
• Report the monthly income based on the budget and forecast
• Set up invoice request
• Check the consistency between invoice request ad actual invoice issues

We are looking for a candidate with a sense of team spirit and who is a true problem solver. Specific requirements are:

• Education on HBO level (Bachelor degree) in Accounting, Finance or Economy
• Have a valid work permit or EU passport
• 32-40 hours per week available
• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Experience with reporting

• Salary €2.200 - €2.500 based on experience and education
